01:20 am: Dearest friends and true believers!

I do forsee a lovely holiday ahead, after all this darkness. The dark fog of the future is lifting for glimmers of light and happiness for the holiday season!

I shall miss all of you over the break. Mummy has been gushing over how wonderful the Trelawney manor looks already! Granmum has always decorated with such a vigor.

What I'm not quite looking forward to is this ball. I am not a..ball person. Perhaps, though, I can go "stag". Girls can do that, right? What an odd word.

Halloween is upon us soon and the aura of this school is perfect right now for the art of Divination.

So, I am offering my services from the very noble Trelawney line of Seers to give readings this Halloween season.

Saturday was terrible. I spent the entire day down in the infirmary with aurors asking me questions.

I think I might've been attacked in the hall. Except I can't really remember A few bumps and bruises, because it looks like I took a fall. Whoever did it clearly attacked me from behind so I can't recall my attacker. Or much else

Thankfully Rodolphus found me on the ground and helped me!

I don't know if it was someone playing some sort of nasty prank or what. I checked my bag and nothing was stolen, so it must've not been for a robbery of some sort. Perhaps Peeves? Peeves used to pick on me quite a lot. I just don't understand honestly.

12:21 am: When the dust settles you never know what you will find lying around. Until then, just make sure you don't get sucked into other people's drama. Today is a good day to keep your nose in your work and stay out of the way of other people's problems.

I was feeling ill today. I had my special tea though, which made me feel a little better. I think I must've fainted again. That's worrisome, isn't it? This is a terrible sign with my health if I'm so ill before the fall even becomes cold!

Just so you know, my mum did owl back. An unfortunate accident befell her beloved Papillion dog. Poor thing should be fine soon.

I did find a dress. I think. For the Unity thing. I think I shall be attending alone for a little while.

I see that some will come to me soon to get their fortunes for their next Quidditch games. I have my cards ready.
